Items must be appropriately packaged and boxed. Include a copy of the sales receipt along with an explanation for reason for return and whether store credit, exchange or refund is requested. CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE MERCHANDISE, BITS, BOOKS AND VIDEOS are NON REFUNDABLE. Allow adequate time to process your return and credit to be posted. Credit should appear on your credit card statement within one billing cycle. A refund check should arrive within 20 days. Please report losses or shortages immediately.
