We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, so if we have your product in stock and your order is placed prior to 3 pm Central Standard Time, we will ship it by the end of the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We ship all in stock items via UPS, using the shipping method requested during checkout. Next day orders must be placed before 12 noon CST Monday - Friday.

Items Shipped from the Manufacturer

Many of our specialty items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. These items are identified with the on the product description and shopping cart pages. Most manufacturers will ship your items within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via e-mail when the manufacturer has shipped your items. You will also be notified via e-email if the manufacturer is unable to ship your items within 5-7 business days.

Out of Stock Items

Although we only offer in stock items on our web site, occasionally high demand items may need to be restocked to fill your order. We understand that some items need to be received at the same time, so we provide the option for you to let us know if you want us to ship a complete order only.

During check out if you check “Ship complete order only”, the entire order will be put on hold until all items are available for shipment. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on hold because an item is out of stock. This does not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, which are always shipped as soon as they are available.

If you do not check “Ship complete order only” during checkout, as soon as we receive your order we will ship as much of it as we can. The remainder, if any, will automatically be put on back order and will be shipped to you as soon as we have stock. You will be notified via e-mail of all products put on back order.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally. Shipping costs and duty responsibility are different for each country. Contact us, and we will discuss your order and if we can ship to your country. We can only ship to valid addresses and accept PayPal as our payment mechanism for international orders.

Overweight and Over-Sized Items

Very heavy or very large packages may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. A customer service representative will contact you if your package falls into one of these categories and will give you your specific shipping charges.

Additional Saddle Fees

There is a $50 minimum additional charge for Western Saddles and $35 minimum additional charge for English Saddles. Your shipping costs may be higher based the actual weight and dimensions of your saddle.

Hazardous Materials and Liquids

Hazardous mateials and liquids are subject to special shipping charges and can only be sent via ground shipping.

Restrictions

Due to government regulations, we can't ship certain types of exotic boots to California addresses. Foreign countries restrictions apply. Sergeant's reserves the right to limit quantities ordered.
